About the Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design customized bathroom remodeling solutions and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a rewarding outside sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
• Present our products and services using company-provided sales tools and technology
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Provide accurate pricing and financing options
• Close sales and achieve individual performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities
