Position: Direct Support Professional
Location: Fayetteville, PA

Pay Rate: $16.75 ($2 additional with Enhanced Pay option). Completion of the NADSP certification will add a line item on the paycheck to reflect the pay increase associated with the Certification.

Shifts available: 3rd Shift with Every Other Weekend: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and every other weekend 12a-8a

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs
