Entry-Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk 

Growing national auto auction company! Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk opening! 

Must be able to work on your feet for most of the day, and work outdoors on the auction lot in a variety of weather conditions.

No experience is required.  Training will be provided!

Responsibilities for Entry- Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk

• Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
• Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
• Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Hours for Entry-Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk

• Monday 9am - 5pm
• Tuesday 9am - 7pm
• Wednesday 8am - 5pm
• Thursday 9am - 5pm
• Friday 9am - 1pm

Requirements

 Requirements for Entry- Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license & a good driving record.
• Able to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Able to be on your feet most of the day.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Able to work a phone and tablet during the registration process.
