Building B Material Handler

Job Summary:

The primary goal for the Building B Warehouse is to manufacture cabinet components, using specialized techniques and equipment to craft, finish, and prepare high-quality components, ensuring precision, efficiency, and readiness for assembly and distribution.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Safely handle, transport, and stage materials for production processes.
• Operate machining equipment such as saws, moulders, presses, and routers to shape and prepare panels according to programmed cut plans.
• Ensure components are cut to the correct dimensions and specifications for consistent quality.
• Apply finishes to components using wrapping or veneering processes, including manual and automated techniques.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and products completed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform routine clean-up and maintenance of the work area and equipment as needed.
• Support company values and continuous improvement efforts by performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
