About the role

Key Responsibilities of The Functional & Electronic Architecture Planning & Cost Manager​

  • Build and drive the reference project schedule, ensuring alignment and synchronization with all contributing Module projects and tophat components ​
  • Manage project cost governance, establishing the project budget and providing a consolidated view of budget, actuals, and forecasts.​
  • Oversee synthesis testing means (VHIL, FPV0 mules): identification, planning, manufacturing, and delivery.​
  • Ensure cross-project synchronization, maintaining a functional link with Module PPM/PCM to secure overall program convergence.

Basic Qualifications: ​

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university.​
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive electrical systems.​
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.​
  • Proven leadership and presentation skills.​
  • Ability to independently manage complex technical issues.​
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and communicate information clearly.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Outlook).​

Preferred Qualifications: ​

  • Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET-accredited university.​
  • Project Management (PM) certification or equivalent.​
  • Innovative thinker with excellent organizational and project management capabilities.​
