Lead Distribution Facilities Specialist

This position is located in the Bureau of Administration, Global Operations, Logistics Operations Directorate, Office of Secure Logistics, Warehouse Division. The Logistics Operations Directorate provides global logistics support for the people and programs of America's diplomatic community.

Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are effectively communicated to the team and fully integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.

Monitor and report on the status and progression of work.

Apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness

Ensures warehouse operations remain compliant with regulations and policies.
