PROGRAM ANALYST - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a command headquarters level senior program analyst, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over operational and deployment processes of the Operations and Readiness Reporting Branch.

Directs, manages and performs operations planning, scheduling, readiness and execution activities in support of the Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN). Serves as planner, coordinator, and advisor for AFMC regarding Joint and Air Force contingency and crisis action planning and readiness activities/ processes. Serves as the Command's expert and advisor for the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) Program and related Joint and Air Force war planning and execution systems. Provide Global Force Management GFM decision support on issues related to the global availability of forces and risk and impact of proposed force changes on forces and capabilities.
