ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN (ACOUSTICS SYSTEMS)

You will serve as a ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN (ACOUSTICS SYSTEMS) in the CCS Test Director & Tech MGT Branch (Code R741), Weapons Repair Department (Code R700) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

You will provide technical authority for the troubleshooting and resolution of complex software, hardware, and systems management problems across a wide range of submarine acoustic systems.

You will cover all associated hardware, including handling systems, patch panels, onboard trainers, and the back-end processors and servers that drive these systems.

You will diagnose and analyze complex system deviant performance, performing systematic root cause analysis to identify foundational issues, tracking fault resolution efforts, and developing alternatives for resolution.

You will oversee, contribute, and author development of acoustic sensor system test scenarios, plans, and procedures to be accomplished under time constraints.
