- Advanced, efficient systems: fully paperless since 2007, with the option for doctors to use AI-assisted SOAP notes.
- 30–40 minute appointment times, adjustable based on patient needs
- 1-hour lunch break
- The ability to add catch-up time blocks when needed
- Surgery and dentistry that are optional, based on your comfort level and interests — and we are fully supportive of referring to a specialty center
- 2 technicians per DVM during surgery
- 1 technician + 1 assistant (or 2 technicians) per DVM in appointments
