Count Room Support Floor Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Supervises the daily collection and transportation of all currency acceptor cash boxes to the count rooms
• Impresses and Monitors Virtual Cashier, Stand Alone ATM’s and Jackpot Kiosks
• Oversees the scanning of currency acceptors and opening of table games boxes 
• Counts and records the contents of the table games drop buckets, currency acceptor cash boxes and slot drop boxes
• Enforces casino regulatory rules and casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard company assets
• Assists the Count Room Clerks in the collection, counting, wrapping and recording of slot drop contents 

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in scheduling, counseling, disciplining and evaluating the Count Room Clerks

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of Count Room experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Knowledge of BPS, Casino Connect, JCM Intelligent Cash Boxes and NRT Backoffice

Training Requirements:

• Acquires and maintains BPS Certification
• Familiar with Tow Motor operations

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able stand for long periods of time with frequent bending, stooping and lifting
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
