Job Posting Title Customer First Transformation
About the role
The Director, Customer First Transformation will lead Stellantis North America’s Customer First culture transformation—turning customer-first intent into a disciplined, visible, and measurable way of working across employees, dealers, suppliers, and leadership teams in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role is responsible for developing the Customer First strategy and delivery plan, building the multi-year change management roadmap, leading engagement activities and events, integrating actions across functions, activating leadership customer interactions, and leading the Customer First Transformation team to deliver results customers can feel. Make Customer First culture a disciplined enterprise capability rather than a set of disconnected communications, events, committees, or initiatives. This role exists to ensure the customer is consistently represented in leadership decisions, governance forums, employee behaviors, dealer engagement, supplier alignment, and day-to-day operating routines. Operating within Customer Journey Experience, Customer First Transformation owns the culture-change and activation layer that connects leadership behaviors, employee engagement, dealer participation, supplier involvement, customer listening, and cross-functional actions into one Customer First culture across North America.
Basic Requirements:
- 10+ years leading transformation, customer experience, culture change, employee engagement, program management, customer care, dealer operations, communications, HR partnership, or cross-functional enterprise execution in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategy, operating models, governance routines, change-management plans, engagement programs, and leadership activation models that drive measurable adoption and business outcomes.
- Proven track record leading teams and influencing matrixed stakeholders across employees, dealers, suppliers, senior leaders, frontline teams, and functional owners.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify complex transformation work, build alignment, communicate with credibility, and motivate action across diverse audiences.
