Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Project Integration Specialist (4005) in Idaho Falls, ID.

Position Summary
The Project Integration Specialist supports the client project team by coordinating project activities, facilitating communication among project participants, tracking action items, managing interfaces between organizations, and providing independent oversight of project execution. This position serves as an extension of the client’s project management organization and helps ensure project objectives are effectively planned, coordinated, monitored, and executed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across the client project team and participating organizations.
- Facilitate timely and effective communication among project participants.
- Track project action items, follow-up activities, and completion status.
- Manage organizational interfaces and support alignment among project stakeholders.
- Provide independent oversight of project execution and communicate relevant observations to the client project team.
- Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of project objectives.
- Serve as an extension of the client’s project management organization in support of integrated project delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple project activities and work effectively with project participants across organizational boundaries.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to track action items, manage interfaces, and monitor project execution.
- Ability to provide objective, independent oversight while supporting the client’s project management organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large capital projects.
- Experience supporting engineering or construction projects.
- Experience supporting U.S. Department of Energy projects.
Education and Experience
Education and specific minimum years of experience were not identified in the provided job description. Relevant experience supporting large capital, engineering, construction, or DOE projects is highly desirable.
