Supervisory Program Analyst

About the Position: Serves as a Division Chief, with authority and responsibility to direct, coordinate, and provide assistance and advice to the Director of RM for a variety of Command management documents obligating Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) resources to the accomplishment of specific tasks.

Plan and execute operational, administrative, and technical functions of the organization.

Direct, coordinate and provide assistance to Director of Resource Management (RM).

Evaluate execution of customer programs for overall effectiveness.

Provide expert interpretation on policies and objectives.

Perform the full scope of supervisory personnel functions.
