We are currently seeking a Transportation/PBX Supervisor to help ensure an exceptional guest and colleague experience by upholding the policies and procedures established by the leadership team. This supervisor will work side by side with Transportation and PBX colleagues to ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, communications, and transportation services. This role oversees daily operations, manages transportation logistics, coordinates guest preferences, and supports colleague development to deliver consistent, personalized service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Understand and exemplify the standards and SOPs communicated by the leadership team
Oversee the daily operation of the Transportation and PBX teams
Maintain management presence in operational areas throughout the shift
Manage and maintain transportation manifests, schedules, and vehicle assignments
Coordinate guest transportation requests and preferences to ensure a seamless experience
Communicate directly with guests regarding transportation arrangements, resort information, and service recovery opportunities
Assist colleagues in maintaining a high level of service through coaching and training during shifts
Ensure the execution of daily colleague assignments and operational priorities
Monitor dispatch operations and ensure timely transportation services
Support arrival and departure operations, including luggage handling and guest assistance
Ensure PBX colleagues provide prompt, professional, and accurate communication services
Respond to guest concerns and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
Make clear and educated decisions that will benefit the guest experience and operational efficiency
Communicate clearly and effectively with department leadership regarding operational needs and service-related issues
Conduct ongoing performance coaching and provide feedback to colleagues
Assist with colleague training, development, and onboarding
Maintain departmental cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Provide support for VIP and high-touch guests
Communicate with leadership regarding staffing, equipment, repairs, and operational needs
Complete any assignments provided by department leadership

Minimum of 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, transportation, guest services, or a related field
Valid driver’s license with exemplary record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage guests and colleagues
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work extended hours on your feet
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. at one time
Ability to drive guest shuttles upwards of 4 hours round trip
Experience coaching, training, and managing colleague performance
Proficiency with scheduling, dispatching, and transportation coordination systems preferred
Availability must include weekends, nights, and holidays
