We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Talent Recruiting Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Tech's Corporate Office. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years' recruiting and/or staffing experience
• Familiar with social media applications (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for employment posting and candidate searching
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Nursing and/or Nursing Education Recruiting Experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions through recruiting and onboarding cycle
• Recruit qualified candidates using social media, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, recruiting firms, employee referrals, etc.
• Identify niche sites and other methods to promote job opportunities and identify candidates
• Maintain a pool of strong candidates for key positions for bench strength
• Interview and screen candidates for specified positions
• Update information on Talent Acquisition tracking site and reports on specific progress for assigned positions
