Provides operational and analytical IT Service Management support via ServiceNow, assisting in the development and maintenance of the J6 IT Service Catalog.

Develops, analyzes, and reports IT performance metrics and data trends to verify that Enterprise Service Areas achieve established operational targets.

Researches emerging capabilities and assesses IT initiatives to ensure strict compliance with federal laws, DoD guidelines, and DLA policies.

Prepares and briefs operational status reports, including Situational Awareness and Battle Rhythm updates, to the J6X Director and division managers.

Collaborates across Enterprise Service Areas, Business Relationship Managers, and Headquarters to synchronize agency IT requirements and efficiencies.

Monitors, tracks, and coordinates responses to incoming operational tasks and taskers across diverse J6 directorates and staff.

Participates in high-level inter-agency working groups and plans, schedules, and executes IT initiatives supporting J6X operations.
