Supply Chain Management Senior II

Primary Purpose
Develops and refines sourcing strategies and inventory control methods to improve reliability and cost-effectiveness. Partners with stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads development of sourcing strategies for critical materials.
• Designs and implements advanced inventory control systems.
• Conducts risk assessments for supply continuity and mitigation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversees complex contract negotiations and compliance reviews.
• Develops performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Advises on technology adoption for supply chain optimization.
• Supports strategic planning for global supply chain operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

• Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Required: Ability to anticipate downstream impacts of supply chain decisions.
• Required: Ability to design and optimize supply chain solutions aligned with business needs.
• Required: Ability to lead cross-functional efforts without formal authority.
• Required: Knowledge of end-to-end performance measurement frameworks.
• Required: Knowledge of multi-node or multi-region supply chain models.
• Required: Skill in communicating complex supply chain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Required: Skill in scenario modeling and evaluation of alternative strategies.

Pay Range $92,000.00 - $146,000.00 / year
