SECURITY OFFICER

You will serve as a Security Officer in the Security Department (Code R104) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.

You will evaluate work performance of subordinates.

You will give advice, counsel, or instructions to employees on both work and administrative matters.

You will effect disciplinary measures, such as warnings, reprimands, and suspensions, recommending other action in more serious cases.

You will find ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.

You will develop performance standards for civilian personnel.
