About the role
This position is responsible for providing entry-level analytical and operational support to field offices, producers/brokers, and other partners under close supervision. The role ensures accurate processing of transactions, maintenance of account records, and timely resolution of issues and discrepancies while learning departmental processes and systems.
This position is remote (within Nebraska) and does not require regular in-office presence.
What you do:
- Execute transactions, entries, and adjustments across systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform reconciliation and balancing activities.
- Generate and review reports to support operations.
- Research and resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Support compliance with policies and procedures.
- Learn and apply departmental processes and systems.
What you bring:
- Associated degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 4 years of agent compensation experience is preferred.
- Experience working with life, annuity, and DI products is required.
- Agent licensing knowledge is preferred.
