IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN)

You will develop and implement seamless data integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

You will collaborate with contractors, cross-functional terms, and Partner Institutions (PIs) to gather and analyze business requirements, designing and architecting solutions using various technologies.

You will assist with implementing data security measures, configuring Salesforce, building workflows, and creating validation rules to optimize the platform's functionality.

You will oversee task assignments and monitor progress using Jira boards to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

You will maintain the accuracy of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation, provide guidance, conduct reviews, and promptly address issues to foster collaboration, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
