Hairdresser (Independent Contractor)

Overview

Seeking Part Time Licensed Hair Stylist (1099) for The Heritage - Assisted Living Facility.  2 Days/week

Responsibilities

In this position, the Hair Stylist will:

• Have a positive and upbeat demeanor
• Coordinate with staff, department managers, residents and their family members
• Exhibit patience and care working Alzheimers and Memory Care residents 
• Update and maintain customer information records, such as beauty services, cuts, styles, etc
• Keep work stations clean and sanitize tools such as scissors and combs.
• Maintain service standards within established time frames.

Qualifications

A combination of experience, education, and/or training to provide quality hair care services

• A variety of hair styles and beauty care options
• Licenses / Certifications: Must have a NYS Hair Stylist License

Benefits/Compensation

• Pay Range $15.00 - $250.00 / day
• Rates of service will be discussed during interivew
