Systems Administrator

Corporate Traffic is a Jacksonville-based logistics company with offices across the country. We're looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our people, offices and systems running. You'll own day-to-day IT, work directly with our technology vendors, and help roll out the tools our teams use to move freight. Reports to the Director of Technology.

What you'll do

• Own the help desk: triage, troubleshoot and close tickets for on-site and remote users

• Onboard and offboard employees, including same-day access removal when someone leaves

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune: accounts, licenses, devices and security policies

• Support Azure resources, including certificate renewals, VPN and app service restarts

• Support TruckMate users (remote desktop, VPN, printing) and escalate to our TMS vendor when needed

• Be the day-to-day contact for our managed service provider and other technology vendors

• Manage software licenses and seats, and remove what we don't use

• Maintain the RingCentral phone system and Brivo building access

• Set up workstations, conference rooms and equipment, and help with branch office moves and setups

• Keep our system inventory current: what we run, who owns it, and who supports it

• Help test and roll out new systems

• Write down how things are done so the next person isn't starting from zero

Must have

• A degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience (internships and help desk work count)

• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking basics and VPN

• Eager to learn and comfortable owning a problem until it's fixed

• Clear writing and a habit of documenting your work

Nice to have

• Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune or Azure experience

• Experience working with outside vendors

• Experience in logistics or with a TMS

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or a Microsoft 365 certification

Location and travel

On-site in Jacksonville, FL. Occasional travel for branch setups. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range: 50-60K
