About the role
The Mopar Finance Pricing Specialist will lead financial analysis and pricing support across Mopar portfolios, partnering with Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, and senior leadership to improve revenue, margin, and commercial performance. This role combines pricing strategy, forecasting, month-end reporting, business-case evaluation, and process improvement, and requires a strong ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and actions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead pricing strategy, governance, and financial controls across assigned Mopar portfolios, balancing competitiveness, customer value, revenue growth, and margin objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally to assess price actions, promotions, incentives, warranty exposure, supplier impacts, and new product or program business cases.
- Develop executive-ready reporting, scenarios, and recommendations that identify risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
- Establish and monitor key pricing and financial performance indicators, ensuring timely follow-up on material variances and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of pricing, forecasting, reporting, and approval processes while maintaining data quality and control compliance.
- Coach and develop team members, clarify priorities, and foster accountability, collaboration, and sound financial judgment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning and analysis, pricing, commercial finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, closing activities, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect detailed data to business strategy and financial outcomes.
- Ability to influence decisions and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience working with enterprise financial systems and large data sets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
- Experience in automotive, aftermarket parts, service, manufacturing, or a similarly complex commercial environment.
- Experience with pricing analytics, product profitability, promotions, incentives, warranty economics, or portfolio management.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Essbase, OneStream, Power BI, or comparable financial and analytical tools.
- People-leadership or project-leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
