Pitt State Career Fair Students

The Corporate Recruiter’s primary responsibility is to assist assigned TLG locations in all aspects of recruiting and training qualified talent. This position will research and implement customized recruitment plans to address the needs of the assigned locations. They may engage in interviews, online job board searches, Career Fairs, Local School outreach, and professional networking. The Corporate Recruiter will train managers on best practice hiring methods and manage HR driven training. The Corporate Recruiter will develop, utilize, and promote the HRIS system to achieve successful hiring and training results. Thirty percent travel will be required.

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
• Meets with managers and supervisors to develop specific recruiting plans for assigned location.
• Assists with managing on-line recruiting platforms.
• Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
• Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university, and high school placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
• Ensures the assigned locations are equipped with all the tools and guidance necessary for successful independent recruitment.
• Trains managers on successful methods for identifying and recruiting employees.
• Manages HR driven training for all employees and the HR On-Line training platform.
