The Sales Administrative Assistant must be detail oriented and a strong multi-tasker with the ability to work independently.  This position is responsible for managing the deployment of leads, managing the booking turnover process, reviewing sales agreements to ensure the Hotel's sales system matches, maintaining organization of office files and entries into the Envision system, actualizing revenue, processing commission and rebate requests, and preparing reports.  They will also support the Director of Sales and the entire Sales team with additional items as needed.

This person should be highly organized and analytically minded, with a commitment to accuracy.  Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00, increasing to $23.50 after six months.

  • Experience at Front Desk, Night Audit, or Reservations a plus

  • Strengths must include knowledge of Power Point, Excel, and Word programs
