Job Summary:
The HR Advisor – People Analytics & Workforce Insights partners with business leaders to provide HR guidance and workforce insights that support talent, compensation, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This role transforms workforce data into actionable recommendations, identifies risks and opportunities, and delivers accurate, business-focused reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, talent, compensation, and change initiatives.
- Advise leaders on performance management, talent development, and HR policies.
People Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready insights.
- Partner with Finance to connect workforce metrics to business performance.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
- Support headcount forecasting, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Provide insights for talent reviews, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
HR Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
- Improve reporting, processes, and manager self-service capabilities.
- Maintain data privacy and security standards.
Employee Experience
- Lead engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Support action planning and measure HR program effectiveness.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years people analytics and reporting.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, etc. and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate insights to diverse business audiences.
