Utility Setup Client Coordinator

Pay: $17.35/hour + performance based tier pay

Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time

Join a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to delivering top-tier service! As a Utility Setup Client Coordinator, you will serve as the primary link between clients, internal teams, and utility providers to ensure seamless processes for starting and stopping utilities.

Please note: Direct phone communication accounts for approximately 75% of the daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and respond to direct client inquiries and correspondence promptly.

• Investigate and resolve utility starting delays, disconnects, and client requests.

• Coordinate communication between clients, internal team members, utility providers, and property residents.

• Place and receive calls with Utility Coordinators to streamline account setup and troubleshooting.

• Document utility disconnects and stopping requests, providing clear, high-level summary reports along with action plan resolutions.

• Adapt to evolving project priorities and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Phone Comfort: Comfortable handling high call volumes (75% phone-based work).

• Problem Solving: Ability to stay composed, focused, and effective during high-stress situations.

• Self-Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload independently.

• Teamwork: Approachable, collaborative attitude with a focus on team success.
