Bilingual Dispute Initiation Sr Specialist

* Properly handle customer incoming calls according to department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance
* Process Digital Banking service message requests within department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance
* Process incoming emails/mail are processed according to department service level agreement, ensuring Reg E compliance
* Accurately record customer reasons for disputing transactions
* Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding existing disputes
* Research transaction entry modes and additional data
* Meet assigned deadlines and goals
* Properly process Digital Banking service message requests within department service level agreement, ensuring Reg. E compliance
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment
* Able to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing
* Able to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible
* Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
* Ability to maintain productivity, focus, and meet strict deadlines amid frequent interruptions
* Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers)
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
