Speech Language Pathologist - School Based

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the San Jose area. Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)
• SLP Services Credential through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
