Supervisory Nurse (Clinical/Obstetrics/Gynecology)

About the Position: Hours are M-F, 0730 to 1600. Employees work together to ensure efficient patient care and support a culture of professionalism, respect, and continuous learning. The applicant will drive process improvements, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote a positive work culture. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Supervise nursing staff and ensure all clinical procedures, including vital signs, exam assistance, specimen collection, and patient education, follow best practices and regulatory standards.

Schedule, train, mentor, and evaluate nurses' and contractors' clinical performance.

Oversee patient flow, triage, and care coordination to ensure timely and efficient service.

Monitor compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and clinic policies.

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations.

Ensure the clinic meets all legal and accreditation requirements

Address patient issues and concerns.
