SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will provide technical housing expertise and assistance to installation Commander/Manager and other installation staff in representing United States Marine Corps (USMC) Command.

You will be responsible for the accomplishment of broad management functions with the planning, management, administration and implementation of the technical and administrative operations of the housing management programs.

You will lead in Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) data collection, analyzes data, and reports submission.

You will review, evaluate, interpret policies and procedures, developing and recommending guidance required to provide sufficient criteria for accomplishment of the mission goals and assignments.

You will analyze and assess data for a variety of reports pertinent to availability of housing, Military and Civilian personnel, quarterly data on customer service, and Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) annual surveys.

You will direct the work of housing office employees.

You will develop and set performance standards for all subordinates, reviews their accomplishments, counsels them on deficiencies, gives advice and instructions on work and administrative matters.

You will render performance appraisals, and schedules and approves leave.
