About the Position: This position is located inside Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, at Fort Campbell, KY. Working environment: The primary goal of referral management is to actively and continuously manage the referral queue, maintain clear communication among providers, and ensure patient referrals are processed promptly to prevent delays in care. Hours: M-F 0730-1600.

Reviews, monitors, processes and tracks referrals.

Maintains multiple databases that support Tricare and the Referral program.

Verifies and validates information within automated health systems.

Provides automated reports to leadership on status of recommended actions.

Receives and interviews patients.
