Join the Releasing, Forecasting & Supply Chain Systems team in a high-impact role that helps resolve critical releasing and supply concerns, strengthens system reliability, and improves how the business works. You will connect internal teams, the external supply base, and cross-functional partners—including MLM, Finance, and ICT—to keep processes operating as designed and drive practical improvements. This opportunity offers broad exposure, meaningful ownership, and regular interaction with analysts, program teams, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with vehicle platform and demand-planning teams to deliver timely VBASS and CHIERS release-program processing, including weekend and mid-week cycles
- Apply approved assembly-plant calendar changes, B/O and J1 updates, actualization, and PC1 updates or changes
- Host and support the weekly supplier update call, helping teams align on priorities and next steps
- Lead coordination with Supply Chain ICT to diagnose and resolve system issues
- Work with releasing and forecasting analysts to meet KPI commitments, maintain timelines, and manage release adjustments
- Protect supply-chain data integrity as an administrator and user of systems such as CLD and CLS
- Evaluate and support enhancement proposals for FOG, VBASS, CHIERS, CLD, CLS, and supplier disputes through Sirius 2; provide timely, practical feedback on feasibility
- Coordinate with system analysts and support executive reporting, program updates, and system-data maintenance
- Present clear updates to leadership, program managers, and platform teams as needed
- Use your understanding of part-releasing processes and stakeholder responsibilities to improve execution and accountability
- Champion positive change by building alignment across functions and following through on shared commitments
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, ICT, Logistics, Operations Management, or a closely related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Logistics Management, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and improve processes
- A self-directed approach to achieving defined goals, collaborating across teams, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience with STLA product configuration, bill of material, forecasting, releasing, and purchasing systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large, diverse audiences and Level 1 and Level 2 executives.
- Demonstrated leadership, sound interpersonal judgment, and success in a team environment.
- Advanced analytical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
