Practical Nurse (Outpatient)

About the Position: This position is located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

Identify and maintain medical histories on patients.

Communicate with patients to ensure they are informed about care plans.

Prepare and deliver oral, topical and injectable forms while monitoring for side effects/adverse reactions.

Document accurate administered medications and patient responses promptly in compliance with facility policies.

Assist in performing medical procedures, physical examinations and treatments.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
