Our SelectLeaders Client is an established commercial real estate owner and operator with a portfolio of office and industrial properties in the Pacific Northwest. The organization is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day property operations, financial performance, capital projects, and tenant relationships. This is an opportunity for an experienced property management professional who enjoys working closely with ownership and taking accountability for the overall performance and condition of a commercial real estate portfolio.

The Senior Property Manager will oversee a multi-property commercial portfolio and serve as a key point of contact for ownership, tenants, vendors, contractors, leasing professionals, and other business partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of operational expertise, financial acumen, leadership skills, and an owner’s mindset and is eager to  influence property performance, operational strategy, capital planning, and the overall tenant experience.
