About the role
This position is responsible for providing customer service for broad inquiries related to field offices, producers, representatives, and other partners. The role applies comprehensive knowledge and independent judgment to resolve escalated issues, ensures accurate and compliant processing of transactions, and contributes to process improvements while mentoring and guiding team members.
- This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Cincinnati, OH) and partially from home.
What you do:
- Resolve escalated or broad inquiries and operational issues, applying policies and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy of data, payouts, and related financial information.
- Delegate tasks and review work products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify trends or risks and implement corrective actions or improvements.
- Lead or coordinate projects and process enhancements.
- Provide subject matter expertise, training, and mentorship to team members.
What you bring:
- H.S. diploma or GED is required.
- 4-7 years of experience is required.
