An Established Practice with Room to Grow
National Dental Flushing is seeking an experienced, clinically confident General Dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, expand their implant and surgical capabilities, and take an active role in growing an already successful practice.
With over $300,000 in current monthly production and a goal of reaching $500,000, this is an opportunity to step into an established patient base with the clinical resources, patient demand, and operational support to build a productive practice.
We're looking for a dentist who enjoys more than routine restorative care—someone comfortable with complex treatment planning, motivated to expand their clinical scope, and interested in building lasting patient relationships.
The Clinical Opportunity
Our modern, 10-operatory practice offers a broad range of treatment opportunities, including:
- Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry
- Implant placement and restoration
- Surgical procedures and complex treatment planning
- Collaboration with an in-house periodontist and orthodontic team
- Restorative opportunities following specialty treatment
- Invisalign and continuing education opportunities through our Align Technology relationship
- Implant training opportunities supported by our Straumann relationship
You'll have clinical independence while working alongside experienced providers and specialists who support comprehensive patient care.
A Team Built to Support Your Success
Strong production requires more than a full schedule. Our Flushing practice has an established support structure that allows providers to focus on dentistry.
- Experienced Practice Manager and front-office team
- Dedicated treatment coordination and case presentation support
- Three full-time dental hygienists
- Established patient flow and scheduling infrastructure
- In-house periodontal and orthodontic services
- Diverse patient population, including Chinese-, Russian-, and Spanish-speaking communities
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a dentist who brings strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication, and a growth-oriented approach to comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate:
- Is confident in general and restorative dentistry
- Has experience with implant placement and restoration, or a strong interest in expanding those skills
- Enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Builds patient trust through clear communication and education
- Is comfortable working in a busy, high-production environment
- Takes ownership of clinical outcomes and patient relationships
- Holds an active New York State dental license
Why National Dental Flushing?
This isn't an opportunity to build a patient base from scratch. You'll join an established, productive practice with substantial patient flow, experienced operational support, and opportunities to expand your clinical capabilities.
Located in the heart of Downtown Flushing, the office is conveniently accessible via the Flushing–Main Street 7 train and LIRR.
If you're an experienced GP looking for greater clinical variety, autonomy, and long-term growth, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
