The Marketing Specialist helps strengthen the guest experience and supports the Marketing team’s day-to-day work. This role manages the voice of the guest through feedback across digital and direct channels, shares insights through regular sentiment reporting, and keeps restaurant, menu, and promotional information accurate across Miller’s Ale House channels. Working with Operations and internal and external partners, the specialist also helps move marketing programs forward and responds to requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manages Guest Relations process

•  Responds to and manages guest inquiries through online channels, email, and phone in a professional, timely, and personalized manner
•  Creates weekly and monthly reports on guest sentiment

· Assists Marketing Manager with LSM execution, developing creative solutions to drive in-restaurant traffic

· Works cross-functionally with internal and external resources to support the execution of marketing programs and projects, as necessary, including collecting inputs for the monthly marketing dashboard

· Monitor internal email boxes and support operations with marketing requests

· Assist guests with gift card inquiries, flash sales, balance checks and distribution

· Updates and manages store location information, promotional details, and menus across all web properties, including but not limited to the Millers Ale House website, Yelp, and Google My Business, ensuring consistency and accuracy

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred

· A minimum of 1-2 years directly related and progressive experience

· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented

· Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels of the organization
