MANAGEMENT ANALYST - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior Management Analyst with responsibility for supporting the human resources program for the Directorate and other supported offices, which includes civilian personnel, military personnel, and manpower.

Assesses the organization and other supported offices to determine long-range functional manning requirements. Maintains surveillance for the Directorate and other supported offices by studying workload surveys and evaluating and analyzing the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions of the Directorate and other supported offices. Evaluates and recommends programs and processes to achieve strategic goals and objectives. Recommends and implements new policies, practices, and procedures that provide responsive direction to Directorate and other supported offices. Participates in special initiatives, projects, and reviews applying analytical skill and expertise to improve processes for the Directorate and other supported offices.
