Primary Purpose
Shapes product vision for assigned components and aligns delivery with strategic goals. Leads backlog refinement, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures digital solutions enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and communicates a clear product vision that aligns with strategic objectives.
Oversees backlog refinement and prioritization across multiple product components.
Leads cross-functional workshops to define features and resolve conflicting requirements.
Establishes success metrics and monitors product performance against KPIs.
Guides development teams in applying agile principles and best practices.
Identifies opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the product lifecycle.
Aligns stakeholder expectations and negotiates priorities to maximize product value.
Provides mentorship to junior product owners and team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required: Ability to define and evolve product vision within a roadmap.
Required: Ability to guide delivery teams through ambiguity and change.
Required: Ability to lead complex initiatives without authority.
Required: Knowledge of system integration considerations.
Required: Skill in communicating product strategy and value.
Required: Skill in resolving competing stakeholder priorities.
Required: Specialized knowledge of managing complex digital products or platforms.
