We are currently seeking enthusiastic, service-focused team members for:

• AM Server – Jacob's Spring Grill

• PM Server – Ace's Lobby Bar

Schedule Availability

We are seeking Full-Time Servers with flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Available Shifts:

Jacob's Spring Grill (AM Server)

• Early morning availability required
• Typical shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM

Ace's Lobby Bar (PM Server)

• Evening availability required
• Typical shifts range from 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Schedules may vary based on business needs.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences while creating a welcoming and engaging environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate menu knowledge, including food offerings, cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages
• Make recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
• Process transactions accurately through the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Communicate guest requests and special accommodations effectively with the culinary and management teams
• Follow Hyatt service standards and food safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with fellow colleagues to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Preferred

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality environment
• Basic knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails
• Experience utilizing a POS system

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as necessary
• Ability to frequently carry trays, food, beverages, and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to maintain mobility and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
