What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand each guest’s desired image, considering face shape, hair texture, lifestyle, and at-home maintenance preferences.
• Use advanced cutting and styling techniques, along with professional products, to create individualized looks that make every guest feel their best.
• Recommend products and styling techniques that help guests recreate and maintain their salon look at home.
• Connect with guests, understand their evolving needs, and make personalized pre-booking recommendations that encourage long-term loyalty.
• Continue developing your technical expertise and earning potential through our level system, with opportunities tied to continuing education, guest retention, and successful at-home care recommendations.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Cosmetology License
• Charismatic, approachable personality with a genuine passion for hair design
• A strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and advance your career
