Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / Administrator Mentorship Program

We are currently seeking motivated individuals interested in building a rewarding career in senior living leadership through our Administrator-in-Training (AIT) or Administrator Mentorship Program.

Qualified candidates must have completed the educational requirements necessary to begin an AIT program, including a bachelor's degree or applicable long-term care experience, or be eligible to participate in an Administrator Mentorship Program as a newly licensed administrator.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership potential and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • A willingness to travel throughout the training process
  • Flexibility to relocate following successful program completion
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
