Assistant General Manager (KFC)

Ready to step into a leadership role with LV Petroleum - one of the FASTEST growing travel center companies. We are looking for a driven, hands on Assistant General Manager to help lead a high energy KFC's restaurant, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly from open to close.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays inside our travel center located at 397 Rockhouse Rd E, Cordele, GA from 9am - 4pm.

What You Will Do
You will partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations ensure food quality standards are met and maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

You will help lead train and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent You will delegate tasks manage workflows and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong and motivated team

You will ensure every guest has a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service resolving concerns professionally and leading by example in all interactions

You will support financial performance by helping manage inventory control costs assist with scheduling and payroll and ensure operations align with sales and budget goals You will also assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement

Requirements

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of cost control scheduling and daily operations
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
