District Leader

Job Summary:

The role of a District Leader is to achieve overall profitability goals in the store, food
service, and fuel areas. A primary focus is to create a Great Place to Work, Shop, and
Invest through the achievement of turnover goals, engagement, and NPS scores and
store team development.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Right person, right job, right staff level
2. Develop team for current and future positions
3. Achieve customer service standards
4. Achieve profit goals
5. Ensure weekly communication meetings are held
6. Protect assets of the company
7. Know the competition
8. Recognize people for positive results
9. Embrace opportunities for community involvement
10. Continue and encourage personal development
11. Deliver classroom training, as required
12. Ensure strong Food Service Leaders are in place, monitor food service reports, and
act, as needed, to maximize profitability
13. Comply with all corporate and government food service standards
14. Achieve passing scores on Food Safety Audits throughout the district
15. Ensure strong Fuel Leaders and teams are in place to meet fuel performance
standards
16. Comply with all corporate and government fuel safety and environmental standards

Additional Responsibilities/Requirements:
1. Strong desire to grow to increased and varying levels of responsibility
2. Successful operation of high volume QuickChek fuel site
3. Track record of developing a high performing team and promoting Team Members
4. Demonstrated alignment of personal and professional behaviors with QuickChek core
values
5. Ability to communicate and engage in productive conversations with both customers
and Team Members
6. Must be self-motivated and open/honest in all communications
7. Extremely organized, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to execute
tasks at a high level

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in business or currently attending college/university in pursuit of a
degree preferred
2. Recommendation from current District Leader
3. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
