Lawn Care Branch Manager

DayBreak Lawncare is looking for an experienced Lawn Care Branch Manager to lead our Jacksonville-area operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the lawn care business, understands how to lead teams, and can balance great client service with strong operational and financial performance.

As Branch Manager, you’ll have ownership of the local business — including people, operations, customer retention, profitability, and growth. You’ll lead Account Managers, Production Managers, and field teams while partnering with senior leadership to ensure the branch delivers high-quality service and strong business results.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Branch

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers, Production Managers, and field teams.
• Set clear expectations around service, safety, productivity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Build a strong local culture focused on teamwork, follow-through, and customer service.
• Develop future leaders and create opportunities for employees to grow.
• Run the Operation
• Oversee lawn care service delivery across the branch’s residential portfolio, with commercial work as needed.
• Align labor, crews, equipment, schedules, and resources with customer needs and contractual requirements.
• Use Aspire and other operational tools to manage scheduling, labor, job costing, and branch performance.
• Monitor service quality, safety, and operational efficiency and address issues quickly.

Own the Customer & Growth

• Build strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers while partnering with Account Managers to strengthen retention.
• Maintain visibility into the branch’s book of business and proactively address service concerns.
• Support organic growth through renewals, referrals, enhancement opportunities, and new business.
• Partner with senior leadership and sales on proposals, pricing, and opportunities that support profitable growth.

Manage Financial Performance

• Own branch budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor revenue, labor, materials, equipment costs, job profitability, and margins.
• Use branch and job-costing data to identify performance trends and take action when results are off plan.
• Maintain strong operating discipline around purchasing, billing, timekeeping, and expense management.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of lawn care or landscaping management experience required.
• Strong understanding of lawn care operations, field service delivery, labor management, and customer expectations.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-crew or multi-account environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and branch or business-unit profitability.
• Strong customer relationship, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coaching and developing managers and frontline leaders.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience with Aspire or another field-service/business management platform is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
