The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.
This role is based in our Long Island City headquarters and requires an on-site presence four days per week.

- Identify opportunities to expand assortment, improve productivity, increase traffic and conversion, and develop new avenues for profitable growth.
- Lead joint business planning with Amazon Vendor Managers, building strategic relationships and negotiating promotional opportunities, co-op funding, selection expansion, and other commercial initiatives.
- Establish and monitor account goals, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps and developing action plans to address them.
- Present business performance, strategic recommendations, and forward-looking plans to senior leadership.
Assortment, Catalog & Business Operations
- Lead assortment strategy for assigned brands, leveraging customer insights, sales trends, inventory levels, and style-level performance to inform product and lifecycle decisions.

- Maintain accountability for catalog health, content quality, variations, and listing performance, leveraging internal resources, automation, and agency partners for execution.
- Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Sales, and BI to optimize inventory, identify demand opportunities, and minimize out-of-stock and excess inventory exposure.
- Ensure Amazon-specific requirements and operational processes are effectively managed while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
Marketing & Growth Partnership
- Partner closely with Marketing to develop integrated strategies that connect assortment, content, promotions, media, and consumer demand.
- Ensure PDPs, brand stores, creative assets, and content are optimized to support conversion and brand presentation.
- Collaborate on Amazon retail media strategy, including Prime Day, seasonal events, promotional periods, and other key traffic-driving opportunities.
- Evaluate the impact of media investment and promotional activity on overall account performance and profitability.
- Partner with internal creative and marketing teams and external agencies to ensure priorities, assets, timelines, and performance objectives are aligned.
Performance, Analytics & Business Insights
- Own the performance management process for assigned brands, establishing a clear view of revenue, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, profitability, and other key business KPIs.
- Translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations, identifying what is driving performance and where intervention is required.
- Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, providing leadership with concise performance updates, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Develop post-event and seasonal recaps that evaluate results against expectations and translate learnings into future strategies.
- Partner with BI to evolve reporting and dashboards, ensuring the team has the right information to make timely and informed decisions.

- Establish clear priorities, timelines, and accountability across cross-functional partners to ensure initiatives move from strategy through execution.
- Lead and influence external agency and platform partners, holding partners accountable to agreed-upon deliverables and business objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing Amazon expertise, best practices, and commercial insights.
- Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
