Clinical Director of Senior Living - Vetter Senior Living

Vetter Senior Living is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Clinical Services - Senior Living to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and operational support to our Assisted Living communities throughout the Vetter network.

Position Summary

The Director of Clinical Services - Senior Living serves as a key resource and leader for Assisted Living communities across the organization. Working in partnership with clinical and operational teams, this role supports high-quality resident care, regulatory excellence, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

This leader will also play an important role in expanding services, strengthening collaboration throughout Vetter's continuum of care, and developing clinical leaders to achieve both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and clinical support to Assisted Living management teams.
• Promote quality care standards, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based best practices.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical partners to enhance resident experiences and services.
• Assist with the implementation and growth of new programs, services, and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop clinical leaders throughout the organization.
• Foster strong partnerships across the continuum of care to improve communication, coordination, and outcomes.
• Support communities in meeting organizational objectives while maintaining a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Leadership experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations, clinical practices, and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing change, and developing employees.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, supporting communities from Alliance, Nebraska, to Springfield, Missouri, as well as the Home Office in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
