Provides technical guidance and field maintenance support to dam structure and its appurtenances, dams, levees, canals, culverts, rivers, roads, recreation areas, and grounds.

Plans use of workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a day-to-day, project by project and on a week to week or month to month basis.

Establishes deadlines, priorities, work sequences and plans work assignments based on general work schedules, methods and policies set by supervisors.

Provides operational and environmental input into sections project plans, Project Management Plans, Environmental Impact Statements, and management documents involving the South Florida area of responsibility.

Provides for and ensures Project Security, Mobilization and Emergency Management activities are planned for and implemented.
