About the role

The Corporate Director Clinical Implementation provides clinical nutrition, strategic and operational leadership for the successful onboarding, transition, and launch of new and existing client locations. This role is responsible for driving consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across implementations in senior living and healthcare environments. The Corporate Director Clinical Implementation partners with executive leadership, operations, culinary, HR, and support services teams to ensure seamless transitions, strong client relationships, and achievement of financial and operational goals. This position reports to a senior corporate leader and functions as both a strategic and hands-on resource during implementations and performance improvement initiatives. The role requires flexibility to support multiple locations and adapt to varying operational needs.


  • Provide leadership and oversight for new account implementations, transitions, and operational startups.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful account launches.
  • Lead clinical nutrition setup and execution during new account openings and transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Partner with operations, culinary, HR, and support services teams to align staffing, training, and operational readiness and ensure the launch of nutrition programs
  • Establish clinical nutrition workflows, assessment processes, and documentation standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate operations and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
  • Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships throughout implementation phases.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of site leadership teams as needed.
  • Monitor operational performance post-implementation to ensure sustained success and stability.
  • Support training and onboarding of site leaders and team members related to nutrition and therapeutic diet standards.
  • This position may be assigned to support a single client’s location or rotate among multiple locations based on business needs.

The role requires direct interaction with clients, residents, patients, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Registered Dietitian credential (RD or RDN) required.
  • Active licensure or ability to obtain licensure across multiple states.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of clinical nutrition experience in healthcare or senior living environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites, transitions, or new openings strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CMS regulations, therapeutic diets, and healthcare compliance.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally up to 80–100%.
